The place was already very popular judging from the vast media coverage spotted on the walls, with a plaque from Ho Chiak as well. You can see there have many HongKong artist visit here before like mosses chan, alan tam....
Finally our main dish claypot loh shu fun was served, unlike other claypot Lou Shu Fan which is usually very dry and dark in color, this has white-yellowish gravy instead,it was generously filled with bits of minced pork, mushrooms and egg.Actually i called this as loh lou shu fun,the thick, gluey gravy with those ‘rat tails’ reminds me of loh mee.Another thing that makes it similar to eating loh mee would be adding black vinegar as the accompaniment. I don’t know about you but when it comes to black vinegar, I can only associate it with loh mee and i very like black vinegar.Without black vinegar this claypot loh shu fun was tasteless, for me...
Lala is taste nice
vege is so so
Besides claypot Lou Shu Fan, Yoke Heng is also famous for their Chinese dishes like Pork Ribs in Foil which came wrapped in aluminium foil.
