Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' jacket sells for $1.8 million at auction

The King Of Pop Michael Jackson 'Thriller" jacket was sells for $1.8 million at auction.The auction was held at Julien’s Auction Gallery,
Beverly Hills. The amount is dramatically more than the estimated bid of
$200,000 to $400,000. The earnings will go toward the Shambala Preserve, where Jackson’s
two Bengal tigers, Thriller and Sabu, have been living the past five years.

The iconic Thriller
jacket was very much in fashion since the time MJ’s Thriller video was
released in 1983. MJ use to wear the jacket at every Thriller concert, and it
was gifted to him by renowned costume designers Dennis Tompkins and Michael Bush.
The sleeve is signed by the designers saying “Love Michael Jackson.”
